How to Work with SMEs

This blog augments an online school project created for
students or professionals who are instructional designers
(IDs). The course shows techniques or strategies that will
help IDs work better with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). It
is often difficult to know what to do or what information
to gather from a SME when creating the training. When an ID
knows how to work with a SME and is able to gather the
proper information they are more likely to create effective
training for their learners.
